Is Qatar out of the circle of perpetraters to Syria?

Is Qatar out of the circle of perpetraters to Syria?

The Iranian-Qatari security agreements which concluded two days ago on October 19th, 2015, have created a storm and raised outrage from all sides. Everyone is looking for an explanation for this initiative, which has surprised many.

These agreements stipulate that the Iranian Revolutionary border Guard is allowed to intervene in the Qatari maritime space and counter any terrorist acts, knowing that at first glance, Iran has only protected itself.

These agreements have been concluded between General Qacim RADANI, the head of the Iranian Border Guard, and the director of security of the Qatari coasts and borders Ali Ahmed Sayf Badid.  The Iranian intervention in Qatari waters with these agreements provides aid in which Iran leads the Qatari Navy in the Iranian island “Qacham”.

Following the public announcement of these agreements, social networks, especially Twitter, were bombarded by hostile statements on the Qatari agreements, regarding them as a betrayal and submission to Iran.

Here, we do not want discuss angry responses from the Arab people who devote hostility to the Islamic Republic of Iran, who described it as “Mazdean, Safawite, Persia,” which stuck to it the label of “the number one enemy of the Muslim community!!!”And, who arranged the meeting with the Zionist enemy to ally with them in order to face this country?

We want to treat questions from noble people who see “the small state of Qatar” as having always been in the forefront of countries that conspire against Syria and the Axis of Resistance. How have such agreements been settled while the war is in full swing and continues in Syria?

We will try to present some data that might answer these legitimate questions.

First: The security agreements were not born today, in fact, several visits took place between the two countries and at the highest level. The Iranian side asked Qatar to moderate its stance in relation to the crises in the region and particularly in relation to the Syrian crisis, the price has been very heavy to pay for both the people and the region.

Second: After the withdrawal of the American maritime fleet in the Gulf, following the agreement on the Iranian nuclear program with 6 countries, a great fear and panic gripped the Gulf countries, especially the Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar all who relied on US protection. Therefore, Gulf security was left up to its own countries knowing that the largest area belongs to Iran. It is therefore normal that the latter has chosen to cooperate with countries in the region to protect its maritime borders against terrorism.

Qatar has felt a void in its safety following the departure of the American fleet. Moreover, it is constantly threatened by its neighbor (Saudi Arabia). So it was forced to come to these agreements with Iran which has become a regional and international power to be reckoned with. The world is subjected to power, so it’s certainly no coincidence that Iran speaks of its strength, namely missiles buried up to 500 meters underground. In addition to the successful launch of the ballistic missile “Imed”, a very large military enterprise maneuver at the borders. These are just messages sent to both foes and friends.

Third: Is it possible that Iran could come to such agreements with “the small state of Qatar” while it continues to support terrorist groups in Syria? The answer is of course not! It is not possible for several reasons which are:

For some time, “the small state of Qatar is silent about the crisis in Syria.

It withdrew its representational forces that participated in the aggression against Yemen.

It ordered its terrorists to surrender, it cut their material and military aid. Concrete evidence of this is the regularization where thousands of combatants have surrendered their weapons to the Syrian state in return for a pardon under the project “National reconciliation” supervised by Dr. Ali Haydar, Minister of National Reconciliation, who, a few days ago has said that the number of those seeking pardon have reached about 2,000 armed men, among them are those who have fought the government for six months.

It was due to the orders and pressure of Qatar that a truce was signed between the Syrian forces, Hezbollah fighters, and terrorists to “Fou’a, Kafaria” which was implemented by the arrival of humanitarian aid “Fou ‘a, Kafaria and Zabadani “supervised by the UN. It is known that the Saudi side has repeatedly tried to undermine the truce through its terrorist present in the aforementioned regions.

Fourth: The friends find peace because Iran cannot conclude agreements without the benefit of the Axis of Resistance which is considered the first and highest priority. Indeed, the leaders of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard fall martyrs throughout Syrian territory in dealing with takfiri terrorists. They are present on the front lines alongside with the Syrian army and Hezbollah fighters throughout the Syrian territory which is soiled by terrorists who are supported by Arab and foreign countries. The martyrdom of General Husayn Hamadani is the best example of what we mentioned before.

Fifth: According to the data, it appears that “the small state of Qatar” has decided to get off the path which it took with the rest of the Arab and foreign countries demanding the resignation of President Bashar Assad!!!

Five years have passed, the world has changed thanks to the perseverance of President Assad, his army, and his people. He did not forget the perseverance of his loyal allies while facing the terrorist world.

Qatar needed someone to bring it down from the top of the tree, the US left it. It remains up to Qatar now to pick up and sweep the dirt remaining in Syria. Thus, it will deviate from the axis of the countries that conspire against Syria which represents a diplomatic and political victory for the Iranian foreign affairs.

Even Russia is trying to find a way (out) for Saudi Arabia which persists on its aggression and, at the same time, contributes to combating terrorist groups supported by Saudi Arabia in Syria.

Finally, the coming days will show that these agreements provide compensation to present to the Syrian people that have been persecuted, killed because of Qatari support to terrorists. It will participate in undertaking the reconstruction of cities, popular state, and vital structures destroyed by the terrorist attacks which were backed by Qatar and other countries.

Meanwhile, the Saudi enemy remains arrogant, seated high struggling in its illusions, extremism, aggressiveness, and terrorism. The only outcome is that they will fall into a hole from which they will not come out. A hole they have dug by their crimes and sins. They persist in supporting terrorists in Syria, their aggression against the oppressed people of Yemen, continue supporting tyrants in Bahrain, and they also insist on not taking responsibility for the death of seven thousand pilgrims in the stampede at Mina.
